Claims (1)
グ11、その外周に少なくとも1個の補強リング12を
相互に強固に締め込んで構成され、グイインサート10
の材質としてニューセラミックス材を、中間リング11
の材質として超硬合金を、補強リング12の材質として
合金鋼を、それぞれ、選択して成ることを特徴とする鍛
造用金型。 2 ニューセラミックス材が、単結晶サファイア、窒化
ケイ素焼結体などであり、超硬合金が、タングステンカ
ーバイドなどである実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の鍛造用金型。 3 グイインサート10、中間リング11及び補強リン
グ12が、焼きばめ、冷しぼめ、プレス圧入などによっ
て相互に締め込まれている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
又は2項記載の鍛造用金型。 4 補強リング12である合金鋼が、焼入れ及び焼きも
どし処理を施される実用新案登録請求の範囲第1.2又
