Claims (1)
セラミックキャップで覆い、これを加熱して半田封止す
る際、上記のセラミックキャップ上に載置して重しを掛
けるために用いられる、セラミックキャップの頂面とほ
ぼ同形の長方形板状の半田封止用治具において、その四
隅部付近にセラミックキャップの側面を抱持する脚状突
起を一体的に連設し、かつ、長方形板状部分の長辺に切
欠を設けて、この封止用治具をセラミックキャップ上に
載置したとき双方の部材が正確に位置合わせされ、かつ
、セラミックキャップの頂面の一部が前記の切欠から露
出するように構成したことを特徴とする、セラミックキ
