(Prior art) Conventionally, the method of connecting a sewage outlet pipe to a sewage pipe installed horizontally underground is to connect an outlet pipe of the same length as before backfilling when installing a new sewer pipe. However, when connecting an outlet pipe to an existing sewer pipe, a hole was cut from the ground surface above the sewer pipe using the open-cut method, a connection hole was drilled in the sewer pipe, and the outlet pipe was then connected.

However, in any case, with the conventional method described above, a large working hole must be cut from the ground surface, which makes the work large-scale and requires ensuring the safety of workers, especially when the working hole is deep. There were drawbacks such as the need for earth retaining for safety reasons and the high cost of working equipment.

In addition, after connecting the outlet pipe, the large working hole mentioned above must be backfilled and compacted, and if the road surface is paved, the repair area of the road surface will be large, which not only prolongs the construction period but also increases the burial cost. (Object of the Invention) The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional method of underground connection of a water outlet pipe, and to easily connect the outlet pipe afterwards without having to connect the outlet pipe in advance when installing a new sewer pipe. A buried connection method for sewage outlet pipes that allows for easy drilling from the ground surface, requires minimum hole diameter, is highly safe, and is easy to backfill, shortening the construction period and reducing costs. Our goal is to provide the following.

(Structure of the Invention) The underground connection method for a sewage outlet pipe according to the present invention turns the soil into mud by jetting pressurized water from a nozzle when drilling an outlet pipe hole of a predetermined diameter that reaches the sewage pipe from the ground surface. At the same time, while vacuuming this, a casing pipe of a predetermined diameter is lowered and inserted so that the casing pipe reaches the water pipe, and a connecting hole corresponding to the diameter of the outlet pipe is bored through the casing pipe into the sewer pipe by core boring. At the same time, the extraction pipe whose tip connection part is coated with resin mortar is lowered, the tip connection part is adhesively connected to the connection hole 1, and the casing pipe is extracted after being backfilled by water tightening method or the like. It has become.

Normally, using an auger can be considered as a means of drilling from the ground surface to the sewer pipe, but this method may damage other buried objects or structures if they exist along the way. This method cannot be used in this case.

In the present invention, the hole is drilled using jet water, and the muddy soil is vacuumed and discharged to the ground, and once the hole has been drilled to a certain extent, the casing pipe is inserted and lowered while digging, so the hole is buried in the middle. There is no risk of damaging other buried objects.

In the case of a paved road surface, it is sufficient to drill a hole in the ground surface using core boring and use jet water as a guide. Even in this case, the hole diameter is small, so repairing the road surface is extremely easy. If it is necessary to drill the outlet pipe hole deeply, you can add casing pipes one after another, and when it reaches the sewer main, lower the core tube through the casing pipe and connect it to the sewer main pipe with the diameter of the outlet pipe. Drill the corresponding connection hole. Apply underwater bondable epoxy resin mortar to the tip of the take-out pipe, insert it through the casing pipe, and adhesively connect it to the connection hole.

In the figure, 1a is the surface layer, 2a is the base layer, and 3a is the roadbed.Using this road surface hole 3, pressure water 5 is jetted out with a water jet pipe 4 having a nozzle 4a at the tip. This turns into mud, and as shown in FIG. 3, it is sucked into a suction pipe (or hose) 7 and discharged to the outside. In this way, when the hole is deep enough to form a hole, the casing pipe 8 is inserted and the drilling operation is continued.

In this case, since the soil is muddy, the casing pipe 8 can easily descend, but it may be pushed in from above. In addition, since the diameter of a general household sewage installation pipe is usually about 150 mm, the diameter of the hole for piping work, and therefore the diameter of the road surface hole 3 and the casing pipe 8, is about 250 mm.
~300 intestinal layers are sufficient. In addition, casing pipes with this diameter are generally about 1 meter long and can be screwed together in sequence, so the depth up to sewer main pipe 9 is deep, as shown in Figure 4. In some cases, multiple pieces can be connected.

When the casing pipe 8 reaches the main sewer pipe 9 in this way, the core tube 12 with a diameter corresponding to the sewage outlet pipe to be connected is lowered through the casing pipe 8 and connected to the main sewer pipe 9, as shown in FIG. 0 to drill connection hole 10
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, an epoxy resin mortar 13 that can be bonded underwater is applied to the tip of the sewage outlet pipe 11, and this is inserted and lowered through the casing pipe 8 to be adhesively bonded. When the resin mortar bonding is completed, a mixture of sand and water 1 is placed between the casing pipe 8 and the sewage outlet pipe 11.
The casing pipe 8 is then pulled out using a winch, a crane, or other appropriate means (Fig. 7), and after the backfilling is completed, the casing pipe 8 is
As shown in the figure, the road surface is temporarily repaired 15.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the underground connection method for sewage outlet pipes according to the present invention, it is not necessary to cut a large working hole using the conventional open-cut method, so time and labor can be significantly reduced, and the construction period and time can be reduced. It is possible to reduce construction costs. In addition, when installing a new sewer pipe, there is no need to connect the outlet pipe in advance, and it can be easily buried and connected later, and drilling from the ground surface requires only the minimum hole diameter, which is superior in safety and backfilling. It is easy to use, and has excellent effects such as there is no risk of damaging other underground objects.
