とした楕円筒部２を有し、当該楕円筒部２の接合部４に
は一方の楕円筒部に突条５と溝６を、他方の楕円筒部に
突条５と溝６を配設して突条５と溝６とが嵌合しうるよ
う形成してあり、また前記楕円筒部２の一方の端には嵌
合部７を配設し、他方の端には当該嵌合部７と嵌合する
切欠部８を形成した鍔９を配設し、更に嵌合部７に突き
当り１０と鍔９に設けた座１１が当接し、鍔９の内接面
１２と嵌合部７の外接面１３とが嵌合するように構成す
