なお、図において、１はジンバル、２は軸受、３はウオ
ームギヤー、４は電動機、５及び６はそれぞれピボット
の各シャフト、７は十字バネ、８ ゛は圧電アクチュ
エータのスピンドル、９は圧電アクチュエータ本体、１
０は十字バネピボット、１１はジンバル回転アームであ
