    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レール台の頂部に倒コ字断面の懸架レールを備え、倒コ
    字断面のパレットを上記懸架レールに包囲するよう複数
    個のガイドローラで吊持し、上記レール台とパレットと
    の間隙内にリニアモータを備え、ワークステーションと
    なるパレットの停止位置の懸架レール上面に複数個の浮
    上シリンダを設けてこの位置決めピンで上記パレット内
    面の受座を突き上げつつ水平方向の位置決めをする一方
    、レール台と一体の枠体の上端裏面に設けた基準座にパ
    レット上面の基準座を当接させ、上下方向の位置決めを
    する位置決め装置を備えてなるリニアモータ式搬送シス
    テム。
