Claims

A plate-shaped bracket for attaching equipment to a vertical support structure of a motor vehicle, the bracket having a longitudinal direction and having at least three adjacent sections bent along a line substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A through hole for receiving a fastening means such as a bolt is formed in each of the three adjacent parts of the receiving part, and the equipment is attached to the central part of the three adjacent parts of the receiving part.
