  1. 読取り／書込みヘッドの両側に消去ヘッドを設けた磁気
    ヘッドユニットにおいて、前記両消去ヘッドのコアの前
    部のギャップ形成部分と反対側の後部開放端に、磁性材
    料からなる断面コ字形状の消去バックコアを嵌合してな
    ることを特徴とする磁気ヘッドユニット。
