  1. 室内外を仕切る仕切部材に貫通装着された第１の空洞と
    、この笹１の空洞内に装着された通気自在な吸音材と、
    上記第１の空洞の室外側に固定され、空気流通孔を有す
    る第２の空洞と、この第２の空洞内に配置され、上記空
    気流通孔と連通した貫通孔を有する所定厚の層部材と、
    上記第２の空洞内に設けられ、上記第１の空洞と連通ず
    る中空部とを備えた防音型換気装置。
