  1. 透光性を有する材料からなる面板を、所定間隔をおいて
    平行に配置し、その面板と面板との間に透光性を有しな
    い材料からなる複数のフィルムを所定間隔をおいて段階
    状に配置すると共に、両面′　　板の外周縁を型枠体で
    保持したことを特徴とする透光・遮音パネル。
