て平行な長溝３１′が形成されており、前記車軸ケース
本体３には取付は部３３から長溝３１，３１’の挟置β
と異なる挟角αを有する位置に取付は部３３′が形成さ
れ、この取付は部３３′に設けられた保合部材３２は車
軸ケース本体３に対して可動車軸ケース５を回動したと
きに長溝３１′と保合可能であることを特徴とする操向
