Claims (1)
するパルス幅可変出力回路と、このパルス幅可変出力回
路から発生されるパルス信号に応じて開閉することによ
り出カドランスに断続電流を供給する出力トランジスタ
と、この出カドランスの出力を整流平滑することにより
目的とする電圧の直流電源を出力する整流回路と、前記
直流電源出力の電圧に応じて前記パルス副可変出力回路
を制御することによって発生さたるパルス信号のパルス
幅を制御するエラーアンプとを備えたスイッチングレギ
ュレータに於いて、前記出力トランジスタに流れる電流
が設定値を越えた時に前記出力トランジスタを強制的に
オフさせるリミッタ−用のトランジスタと、規定値以上
の電源電圧が供給されよ時にオンとなってその出力によ
り前記リミッタ−用のトランジスタをオンさせるツェナ
ーダイオードを備えたことを特徴とするスイツｊングレ
