気ヘッドを覆うシールドカバーと、該シールドカバーに
装着され、該磁気ヘッドの端子と接続される導電パター
ンを有するプリント基板と、該プリント基板に固定され
るコネクタ筐体とより成り、前記コネクタ筐体と前記取
付板とでシールドカバーを挾持したことを特徴とする磁
