Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

An opening in the flange of a cylindrical bobbin having a flange at both ends, and a flange for terminal attachment that protrudes from a part of the outer surface of one of the flange to form a notch-shaped opening on both sides. A ballast characterized in that a terminal plate is fitted and fixed to a terminal plate and a terminal cover is detachably fitted to the protruding edge part using a slight elasticity for insulation protection.
