Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a steel wire rope from deviating to one of terminal parts and to prevent the disconnection accident of both in the stage of inserting the terminal part by casting into the terminal of the steel wire rope by supporting the terminal part of the wire rope with stanchions for preventing the movement of the wire rope and performing casting. CONSTITUTION:A lower die 3' and upper die 3'' of a die 3 provided with cavities 31, 32 are mated. A block 4 is bolted 5 to the die 3' and a spring plate 6 to sandwich a steel wire rope 1 is provided thereto. Ejector pins 7, 7 are slidably provided to the die 3' and a sprue 8 is provided to the die 3'' to admit a molten metal into the cavities 31, 32. 両者の接合強度を向上すると共に索の折損を防止する様
にして関連機器に連結する様にされている。

損すると同時に鋼索1が係止部21より抜け、両者が離
脱する事故が発生する。
