本考案は上述のような問題に鑑みてなされたもので、地
上に立ち上らせた一対の木管間に連通支持させた量水器
本体と、′下流側の前記木管の地上部分との間に水温が
氷結温度附近に下ると開く感温自動排水弁を挿入し量水
器本体の水が氷結する直前に量水器本体内の水が排除さ
れて地上からの氷結温度以上の水が流通するようにし量
水器本体内の凍結を防止しようとするものである。

本考案によれば、地上に立ち上らせた一対の木管間に連

自動排水弁を設けたため、水温が氷結温度附近に下ると
感温自動排水弁が開き、量水器本体に溜った低温の水を
排除し地中からの氷結温度以上の水が量水器を流通する
ようになるから、量水器本体内に溜った水の氷結による
量水器本体の破損を防止することが出来る。
