However, the conventional manufacturing method described above has the disadvantage that contrast is difficult to obtain and the wood grain becomes unclear.

A mixed resin liquid mainly consisting of an addition-polymerized resin and a thermoplastic resin is applied to a veneer (wood board) of 2.0 m/m under reduced pressure, under increased pressure, or by alternating between reduced and applied pressure. The veneer is injected under repeated conditions, and then the veneer impregnated with the mixed resin liquid is dried to the B stage, and then the veneer is placed on a substrate such as plywood, chip board, particle board, or inorganic board. Then, the veneer is thermocompressed using a hot platen, and the veneer is integrally molded onto the substrate. This is the method for manufacturing the veneer construction board of the present invention.

。[Effects of the Invention] The present invention is constructed as described above, and according to the present invention, the mixed resin liquid is made by mixing an addition polymerization type resin and a thermoplastic resin, and after being injected into the inside of the veneer, the mixed resin liquid is Due to the difference in the contractile groups of the resins, voids are created, which causes diffused reflection and appears white as a whole. In particular, a large amount of the mixed resin liquid is injected into the spring wood area, which has a coarse density, and is less likely to be injected into the autumn wood area, which has a finer density, so the spring wood area has the effect of becoming more strongly whitened and the wood grain becoming extremely clear. There is. Furthermore, if the veneer is colored in advance before the manufacturing method of the present invention, the finished veneer construction board has the effect that almost the entire surface is uniformly light-colored and has a rich natural feel. There is. Furthermore, the surface of the veneer construction board obtained by the present invention has extremely high hardness and is resistant to scratches, making it suitable for use, for example, in flooring materials.
