In order to obtain such a fused yarn, two types of filament yarns with different melting points are combined or mixed together, and then subjected to false twisting and crimping, and at a temperature between the high and high points of both filament systems. There are two main methods: a heat treatment method, and a method that uses ordinary drawn yarn and sets false twist at a high temperature just before the entire yarn is fused. However, in the former case, the process of spinning at least two types of filament yarn and combining them becomes complicated, and because different types of filaments are mixed together, heather inevitably occurs on the surface layer of the woven or knitted product. There are drawbacks. On the other hand, the latter method requires heat treatment with caustic acid for fusion, so the tolerance range for production process conditions is extremely narrow, and variations in the process can result in large changes in the degree of fusion, resulting in unevenness on the product. There is. In order to solve this problem of spots, it is best to increase the degree of fusion as much as possible, but on the other hand, as the fusion progresses, the product itself becomes more and more rigid, giving it a linen-like texture or a spun texture. There is a trade-off that the texture of the thread is far from the one that has been taken into account. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a special fused yarn that is free from the concern of heathering and can sufficiently exhibit a linen-like texture due to fusion while maintaining a soft texture. be.

As a result of various studies aimed at achieving the above object, the present inventors focused on the special thermal behavior of highly oriented undrawn yarn, and applied false twist winding to the drawn yarn in an aligned state. It was discovered that a stable fusion effect could be obtained by using the method, and the present invention was achieved.

By simultaneously satisfying the condition ii), it is possible to heat set the former as a core thread and the latter in a covering state wrapped around it, and at the same time fuse the highly oriented drawn wire and then decombust. This is a manufacturing method for special adhesion yarn.

It has one major feature.

Therefore, when the two are aligned (that is, at the same supply amount) and subjected to false twist winding and vertical processing, the drawn yarn is twisted first, and the highly oriented drawn yarn is wrapped around it in a follow-up manner to form two layers. form a structure (covering structure). In addition, the highly oriented undrawn yarn, which has become a wound yarn, can be fused at a lower temperature than drawn yarn, so it can be processed under milder conditions than before, that is, under conditions where the fusion fluctuation is small. It is. The filament yarn used as the starting yarn in the present invention contains at least 8 ethylene terephthalate as a repeating unit.

In the case of drawn yarn, the birefringence is 0.15 or more, and the highly oriented drawn yarn has a cutting elongation of 70 to 200% and a birefringence of 0.02 to 0.10. Further, a triangular cross section is preferably adopted.

Such highly oriented undrawn yarn can be produced by melting the polymer at a thread speed of 2,500 to 5,500, or by winding a low-oriented yarn at a twill speed of 800 to 2,000. The undrawn yarn has a lower magnification (1.5 to 3.0
) can be obtained by a method such as stretching. below,
The process of processing such a filament yarn will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a process diagram of the present invention, in which a highly oriented undrawn filament yarn 1 is taken out from a package 2, passes through a snel guide 3, and then reaches a supply roller 4.

On the other hand, the drawn yarn 5 passes from the package 6 through the guide 7 to the supply roller 4, where they are aligned and sent to the false twisting processing area. - In the castle, the drawn yarn is first twisted by the false twisting spindle 8, and the highly oriented undrawn yarn 7 is wound around it to form a covering-like two-layer structured yarn. This wound state is heat-fixed by the heater 7, and at the same time, only the highly oriented undrawn yarns in the outer layer are fused to each other, and then decombusted when passing through the spindle 8, passed through the delivery roller 9, and wound onto the bobbin 10'. It will be done. In such a process, if a temporary crimping process is performed so that only the filaments in the outer layer are bonded, a temporary fused crimped yarn having an appearance as shown in FIG. 2 can be obtained.

Figure 2 is an external view in the direction of the yarn axis. 11 is an alternatingly twisted fused part made of filaments in the outer layer, and 12 is a filament yarn in the inner layer, which is not fused, so it looks like a normal pseudo-synthesis. The flowering state is slightly tight.

In a composite system with such a structure, the filament yarns 11, which are concentrated by fusion, are entangled and wound around the filament yarns 12, which have a soft texture due to crimping, so that the spun yarns are A mixture of texture and linen-like texture appears. The degree of linen-like texture and spun yarn-like texture can be arbitrarily selected by adjusting the temperature of the yarn combination heater. Therefore, in the present invention, it is necessary to fuse only the filaments in the outer layer during the false twist winding process, and to obtain a uniform welding effect at that time. It is preferable that the magnification is in the following range.

(i) Number of false twists T (Tum/m) T=Q×loo0 no Dhi Q: 15 to 27 戊: Total denier of the yarn when passing through the false twist spindle (ii) Heater temperature T (0○) T= 2250 - 255 pm ○ Here, when Q exceeds 28, the change in fusion becomes severe along the yarn axis in all directions, and when Q is lower than 15, a raw silk-like waxy feeling tends to appear.

On the other hand, if the heater temperature exceeds 255 oo, excessive adhesion occurs and the warp tends to have a coarse and hard feel.If the heater temperature is lower than 225 qo, the desired fusing effect itself cannot be obtained, resulting in the usual bulky, It becomes easier to approach the elastic crimped yarn. Since the present invention utilizes a false twist winding process to obtain a fused yarn, the resulting yarn has torque.

Therefore, if this torque becomes a hindrance to subsequent yarn take-up, a second heater and a second delivery roller may be provided after (downstream) the delivery roller 9 in FIG. 1 to perform the relaxation heat treatment. However, the overfeed amount during conventional relaxation heat treatment was at least 10%, but when this is set to about 2 to 7%, the primary yield point of the crimped yarn can be significantly improved. found. Therefore, woven or knitted fabrics using such wound warp yarns do not have to worry about shedding, and have high added value. As described above, the present invention is an extremely flexible processing method that combines linen-like texture and spun yarn-like texture, and allows the degree of these to be adjusted as appropriate. It provides products with high added value compared to other companies.
