    イド筒と、ガイド筒内部に重ね合せた状態で配列される
    複数の略円板状のスクリーンパックと、スクリーンパッ
    クの内側と他方の接続口とを連通させるガイド軸と、を
    有するろ過装装置において、 ゛　　　　　ろ過室の接続口とガイド筒内部との間の流
    路の抵抗が全周にわたってほぼ均一となるように、る過
    室内周面とガイド筒外周面とによって形成される通路の
    面積及びガイド筒の通路穴の面積のいずれか一方又は両
    方がろ過室の接続口に近い側から遠い側へ周方向に徐々
    に変化していることを特徴とするろ過装置。
