があった。This furnace cloth stripping means has a plurality of furnace cloth guide rollers installed between a pair of support brackets provided below the furnace plate in a freely rotatable manner, and the downward running path of the furnace cloth is controlled by the furnace cloth guide rollers. This is modified so that the furnace cloth attached to the furnace cloth can be peeled off from the furnace cloth. According to the furnace cloth stripping means having this structure, the entire inside of the furnace cloth is uniformly bent by the furnace cloth guide roller, and there is a gap between the furnace cloth and the furnace cloth due to the difference in the bending ratio between the furnace cloth and the furnace cloth. It creates a gap and naturally falls from the furnace cloth due to the grain of the furnace. However, with the above-mentioned horizontal construction, if the difference in the bending ratio between the furnace groove and the furnace cloth is small, it is difficult to form a gap between the furnace cloth and the furnace cloth, and the parts of the furnace cloth where the furnace cloth has adhered. Since the furnace light is also brought into contact with the guide roller, there is a problem in that the furnace light actually adheres to the furnace cloth, making it difficult to separate the furnace light from the furnace cloth.

When winding up the furnace cloth with the furnace cloth take-up roller, each side end of the furnace cloth is guided in a meandering manner by the guide rod of each support bracket so that the furnace cloth is undulated throughout. A gap is created between the furnace cloth and the furnace bamboo attached to the furnace cloth, so that the furnace sludge peels off from the furnace cloth and falls naturally under the weight of the furnace bay.

The furnace cloth 16-1 on the front side of the furnace plate has approximately the same dimensional structure as the inside of each side end of the furnace cloth 16 that comes into contact with each support bracket 19.
The furnace cloth 16-2 on the rear side of the furnace plate is alternately hung around each furnace cloth guide rod 21 supported on the rear side of the furnace plate of each support bracket 19. has been done.
Note that the inside of each side end of the furnace cloth 16 refers to the size inside the frame of the furnace plate. That is, the side end of the furnace center 16-1 on the front side of the furnace plate 5 is guided to the rear side of the furnace plate by the first furnace cloth guide rod 21-1, and then the side end of the furnace cloth is guided to the rear side of the furnace plate by the second furnace cloth guide rod 21-2. The furnace cloth is guided to the front side by the third furnace cloth guide rod 21-3 to the rear side of the furnace plate, and to the front side of the furnace plate by the fourth furnace cloth guide rod 21-4, so that the furnace cloth is wound up by the two winding rollers. I have to. On the other hand, the side ends of the furnace cloths 16-2 on the rear side of the furnace plate 5 are guided in the opposite direction to the furnace cloths 16-1 on the front side of the furnace plate by the respective furnace cloth guide rods 21, and A guide roller 2 supported at the center of a pair of support brackets 19, 19 from the rods 21-4.
7 and is wound onto a winding roller 20. Therefore, the travel path of each furnace cloth 16 is bent inward from the state in which it is naturally stretched by the urging force of the source cloth take-up roller 20, and each side end of each furnace cloth 16 is guided in a meandering manner. The entire hearth cloth is undulating. In addition, 22 is

At this stage, the furnace cloth 16 is stretched slightly away from the furnace plate 5, so the motor 13 is decelerated and driven in the unwinding direction, and the left and right drive shafts 9 are used to drive the winding pulley. 11,1
1, the winding roller 20 rotates in the winding direction due to the strong spring force of the coil spring 26 which is in the maximum friction state. The winding rotation of the winding roller 20 by this spring force causes the furnace cloths 16-1, 16 on both the front and rear surfaces of each furnace plate 5 to be rotated.
12, each side end is a furnace cloth guide rod 21-1, 21-2.
, 21-3, 21-4 in a meandering manner, and the entirety thereof vibrates irregularly in a large undulating manner. This vibration of each furnace cloth 16 causes wrinkles to occur in the furnace cloth 16.
A gap is created between the furnace cloth 16 and the furnace grass 28 adhering to the furnace cloth 16, and the furnace bamboo 28 is peeled off from the furnace cloth 16. This peeled furnace 2
8 falls naturally from the oven cloth 16 due to its own weight and is recovered. Note that the present invention is not limited to this example, and can be implemented in various other ways.

In this way, the number of furnace cloth guide rods can be halved compared to the above embodiment, reducing manufacturing and installation costs, and each support bracket 19
can be made simpler. Further, the furnace cloth guide rods may be arranged so that their respective axes are aligned in a straight line in the vertical direction. In addition, as each furnace cloth guide means, furnace cloth guide twill 2 is provided.
It is not limited to 1, 21', and rollers etc. may also be used.
The number may be arbitrary. Further, the furnace cloth winding device is not limited to the above-mentioned furnace cloth winding roller, but the furnace cloth winding roller may be constructed only from a hollow cylindrical member, and may include a constant torque spring that applies rotational biasing force to the roller. It may also be provided on one of the support brackets. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, a plurality of furnace cloth guide rods are arranged vertically on each support placket and supported horizontally, and when the furnace cloth guide rods are wound up by the furnace cloth winding device, the furnace cloth guide rods are horizontally moved by the furnace cloth guide rods. Since each side end of the furnace cloth is guided in a meandering manner so that the furnace cloth is undulated throughout the entire length, a gap is created between the furnace cloth and the furnace slag attached to the furnace cloth, and the furnace cloth is undulated. It can be reliably peeled from the furnace cloth and allowed to fall naturally due to its own weight.

Since the furnace cloth guide rod does not come into contact with the portion to which the furnace cloth has adhered, it is possible to prevent the furnace cloth from peeling off from the furnace cloth and, on the contrary, from strongly adhering to the furnace cloth, and to reduce damage to the furnace cloth.

In a filter press configured to wind up a filter cloth on the filter cloth take-up roller, a plurality of filter cloth guides each having an axial length approximately the same as the width of each side end of the filter cloth that contacts the filter frame of the filter plate. Rods are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction on each of the support brackets, and supported horizontally so as to face each other, and when the filter cloth is wound up by the filter cloth take-up roller, each side of the filter cloth is controlled by the filter cloth guide rod of each support bracket. Guide only the ends in a meandering manner,
A filter press characterized by the fact that the entire width of the filter cloth is wavy.
