3. a control switch 10 is fixed on one side wall of the clamping frame 7, the control switch 10 controls the electric push rod 8 to be started and closed, the control switch 10 is shifted through an elastic rod 12, and the movement of the clamping frame 7 is not influenced in the shifting process;
4. when the ultrafiltration membrane is stretched, the ultrafiltration membrane is heated, so that the stretching of the ultrafiltration membrane is facilitated, and the stretching efficiency is improved.

the electric push rods (8) are multiple, one of the electric push rods (8) is correspondingly fixed on the side plate of the clamping frame (7) far away from the belt conveyor (5), and a power supply is contained in the electric push rods (8);
the clamping device comprises a plurality of clamping plates (9), one of the clamping plates (9) is correspondingly arranged in a clamping frame (7), the clamping plates (9) are fixed on a piston rod of an electric push rod (8), and the other side of each clamping plate (9) is in contact with one side wall of the clamping frame (7);
