    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体のレベルを圧力変化として検出する液体レベルセン
    サーであって、前記圧力変化を検出する検出部を、圧電
    振動子と該圧電振動子が貼付けられた振動板とからなる
    複合振動子で構成し、該複合振動子を用いた発振回路の
    発振周波数変化として前記液体レベルの変化を検出する
    ことを特徴とする液体レベルセンサー。
