Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）エミッタが安定化回路を介して電源に接続され、
    コレクタ側が第１の電源端子となっているＰＮＰ＃　ト
    ランジスタと、前記ＰＮＰ形トランジスタのベースとそ
    のベースとが接続され、かつコレクタが前記電源に、エ
    ミッタ側が第２の電源端子となっているＮＰＮ形トラン
    ジスタと、前記両トランジスタのベース間接続点に前記
    電源電圧を接続する手段と、前記接続点とアース間に接
    続され、送信用の制御電圧が印加された時にオフ、受信
    用の制御電圧が印加された時にオンとなるスイッチング
    手段と、前記接続点とスイッチング手段間にカソードが
    接続され、かつアノードが接地されたツェナーダイオー
    ドとを具備したことを特徴とする電源切換回路。
  2. （２）前記スイッチング手段がトランジスタであること
    を特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電源切換回路。
