とするものである。

には両側に棚板支え4が設けられている。この棚板支え
4の上部には食品を載層する棚板5が載層されるように
なっている。この棚板5は例えばLL−2(ホウケィ酸
系の低損失ガラス)等のガラス材料によって形成された
ものである。さらに、この棚板5には立上り部5aが設
けられていて、上記棚板5から食品の煮汁が溢出し加熱
器1内部を汚すことがないようになっている。また、棚
板支え4の前側には突起4aが形成されていて、棚板5
の立上り部5aの外周縁5bと加熱室前板lbとの距離

ケィ酸系の低損失ガラス)によって形成されたもの(誘
電率が4.8)であり、実験時の高周波発振周波数は高
周波加熱装置として一般に採用されている2450メガ
ヘルツを使用した。なお、棚板5は誘電率が4.6〜8
.鏡室度のガラス材料によって形成されたものであって
もよい。以上説明したように、この発明においては、棚
板の立上り部外周縁を加熱室前板すなわち扉体の裏面か
ら25風以上離間させることとしたので、棚板立上り部
外周縁と扉体との間の電波リークを最小限に抑えること
ができる。
