め、タイルパネルの往復移動に対し洗浄ローラーを一方
が拭き取り位置においてタイルパネルの上面に当接位置
した時他方が洗浄タンク内に交互に位置する様にトラバ
ーサ−の往復移動と洗浄ローラーの上下動を関連動作せ
しめる様にしたタイルパネルの目地洗浄装置を提供して
上記欠点を解消せんとしたものにして、以下本発明の一

供給された洗浄タンク32.33を夫々配設せしめ、タ
イルパネル2の往復移動に対し洗浄ローラー17.18
を一方が拭き取り位置34においてタイルパネル2の上
面に当接位置した時他方が洗浄タンク32.33内に交
互に位置する様にトラバーサ−12の往復移動と洗浄ロ
ーラー17.18の上下動を関連動作せしめる様にした
ので、一方の洗浄ローラー17.18にてタイルパネル
2の表面を拭き取り仕上げせしめている間に洗浄タンク
32.33内において他方の洗浄ローラー17.18が
拭き取った目地剤を自動的に洗浄せしめることが出来、
よって従来手作業にて行わしめていた目地の洗浄作業を
全て機械的に行わしめることが出来るため、総洗浄工程
時間を著しく短縮化せしめることが出来ると共に拭き取
りむら、拭き取り忘れ等が全くなくなり生産性を著しく
向上せしめることが出来、又拭き取った目地剤は容易に
回収出来るため公害対策上においても効果的であり、又
洗浄水の使用量も従来に比し著しく減少せしめることが
可能となる等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
