[Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a coating spray nozzle tip used for airless coating. [Background of the Invention] Airless painting involves feeding paint to a spray gun while pressurizing it at high pressure, and atomizing the paint by spraying it from a paint spray nozzle tip attached to the tip of the spray gun. . Therefore, high-pressure paint flows in the paint flow path of the paint spray nozzle tip, and since the paint generally contains pigment, significant wear occurs on the paint spray nozzle tip. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1, the spray nozzle tip for painting has a structure in which a tip body 1 made of tungsten carbide + cobalt cemented carbide (hereinafter referred to as cemented carbide) is attached to a base metal 2. A paint channel 3 was drilled. Although cemented carbide has a Vickers hardness of about 1600 and is extremely wear resistant, it wears out to the point where it becomes impossible to obtain the desired coating pattern after several tens of hours of use, making it completely useless as a paint spray nozzle tip. It only lasted about 200 hours until it became useless, and it could not be said that it had sufficient durability compared to its price. Furthermore, the coating pattern of the coating spray nozzle tip is determined by the size and shape of the minimum diameter part M of the tip body.
In order to obtain a predetermined coating pattern, the minimum diameter portion M must be precisely machined. However, cemented carbide has extremely poor workability, requires a small number of processing steps, is expensive to manufacture, and has a short lifespan. [Object of the Invention] The present invention was devised to solve these conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a coating spray nozzle tip with high durability. [Importance of the Invention] In the spray nozzle tip for painting according to the present invention, the inner surface of the smallest diameter portion of the paint flow path is formed of wear-resistant ceramic. According to the above configuration, even if severe friction occurs between the inner surface of the smallest diameter part of the paint flow path of the nozzle tip and the pigment contained in the paint during paint injection, since this part is made of abrasion-resistant ceramic, the above action will not occur. The wear of the nozzle tip can be minimized and the life of the nozzle tip can be extended.

Next, an embodiment of the coating spray nozzle chip according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In FIG. 2, the coating spray nozzle tip is attached to the tip body by, for example, chemical vapor deposition or physical vapor deposition.
The inner surface of the paint channel 3 in is formed of a wear-resistant ceramic 4, which is of a higher grade than the conventional superalloy inner surface. Tic and Ti are wear-resistant ceramics.
(CN), TiNr A It Os r S'
C or a composite layer thereof, and their hardness reaches about 2,600 to 3,500 on the Knoop hardness. Therefore, the wear resistance is significantly higher than that of the conventional material, and the life of TiC, for example, is extended by about 10 times. Although the thickness of the wear-resistant ceramic 4 is exaggerated in the drawing, the thickness of the wear-resistant ceramic 4 is 1 (μ) to
It exhibits sufficient abrasion resistance just by coating it to a thickness of several μm, and in reality it can be formed extremely thin. Therefore, if the base material of the chip body 1 is precisely formed, high precision can be maintained even after coating with the ceramic 4. Further, if the inner surface of the paint channel 3 is completely coated with the ceramic 4, the base material does not necessarily have to be cemented carbide, and a base material that is cheaper and has better workability can be used. Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and the tip body or the entire painting spray nozzle tip may be made of sintered ceramic, or the particularly important part, that is, the inner surface of the smallest diameter part of the paint flow path. The only part may be coated with a wear-resistant ceramic. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, since the paint spray nozzle tip according to the present invention has the inner surface of the smallest diameter portion of the paint flow path made of wear-resistant ceramic, it has excellent durability.
