Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被調理物を収納してなる調理器と、飽和蒸気発生
    のための水加熱手段、該水加熱手段にて発生した飽和蒸
    気を調理器内に導く導管からなるボイラーとを組合わせ
    てなることを特徴とするスチームキッチン。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスチームキ
    ッチンには、調理器内の温度を検知しボイラーからの供
    給熱量を自動的に制御することにより温度管理時間管理
    をする制御装置を備えてなることを特徴とするスチーム
    キッチン。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の調理器には
    、透明若しくは不透明の扉を形成したことを特徴とする
    スチームキッチン。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の調理器には
    、温度計を取付けたことを特徴とするスチームキッチン
    。
  5. （５）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のボイラ
    ーの導管は、無弁管と弁管としたことを特徴とするスチ
    ームキッチン。
  6. （６）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のボイラ
    ーには、水面計及び低水位危険防止のための警報装置及
    び燃料遮断装置を取付けたことを特徴とするスチームキ
    ッチン。
