発生させる一対の放電用電極と、該放電用電極の下流に
吸気の流れ方向に並設されて取付けられ前記イオンの通
過を検出する少なくとも3個のイオン検出電極と、これ
らのイオン検出電極のうち任意の2つを選択するイオン
検出電極選択−手段と、選択されたイオン検出電極から
のイオン検出信号の時間差を計測して吸入空気流量を演
算する吸入空気流量演算手段と、を備えたことを特徴と
する内燃機関の吸入空気流量測定装置。A pair of discharge electrodes are provided in the intake passage and discharge at predetermined intervals to generate ions, and a pair of discharge electrodes are installed downstream of the discharge electrodes in parallel in the flow direction of the intake air to detect passage of the ions.
