性記憶装置を具備し、電源切断後の電源再投入時には、
アブソリュートのパルネジエネレータの値と第１および
第２の不揮発生性記憶装置の記憶内容に基いて機械原点
に対する正しい絶対位置を求めることを特徴とする数値
