側面図である。 図中、１は冷蔵庫本体、４は冷蔵室、１９は解凍室、２
０は載板、・２１はヒータ、２４はファン、３０解凍用
スイツチ、３１は解凍用タイマー、３２は第一のリレー
、Ａは被解凍物の中心温度、Ｂ及びＢ′は被解凍物の表
面温度である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷蔵室内に解凍室を具え、且つ該解凍室に対しその内部
    に位置して被解凍物を載置せしめる載板及びこの載板を
    加熱するヒータ並びに前記冷蔵室内の空気を該解凍室内
    を通して循環せしめるファンを具えたものであって、前
    記ヒータに正特性の半導体発熱素子を用いたことを特徴
    とする冷蔵庫。
