    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力用トランジスタのベースに電流を正帰還させるとと
    もに、この出力用トランジスタをドライブするドライブ
    用トランジスタを備えたスイッチングレギュレータにお
    いて、出力用トランジスタの出力部とドライブ用トラン
    ジスタのベースとの間に保護用抵抗を設け、出力用トラ
    ンジスタのベースに所定以上のベース電流が加わる場合
    の該出力用トランジスタの出力電流を保護用抵抗を介し
    てドライブ用トランジスタのベースに与えることにより
    、前記ベース電流をドライブ用トランジスタを介してバ
    イパスすることを特徴とするスイッチングレギュレータ
    。
