Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）内容物を収納する容器の胴部から突出した注出首
    部に嵌合されるキャップであって、該容器は該注出首部
    の下端肩部に複数個の突出リブを有し、該キャップは外
    筒と内筒とからなり、該外筒はその内周面に複数の第１
    の突起を有し、該内筒は中央部に該容器の注出口を塞ぐ
    柱芯を形成するとともに該柱芯の外周には該注出首部の
    周縁に嵌合係止可能な嵌合筒を形成し、更に該内筒の上
    方外周には該外筒の該第１の突起と係合可能な複数個の
    第２の突起を形成し、該内筒の下端には該容器の該突出
    リブと係合可能な複数の突出脚片を形成するとともに該
    突出リブと該突出脚片の少なくとも何れか一方の側部を
    傾斜面とし、該キャップを該容器に被せた状態では該外
    筒の該第１の突起が該缶部の該第２の突起の下方に分離
    位置しており、該外筒を持ち上げて該第１の突起と第２
    の突起とを保合状態とし、引き続いて該外筒を回転する
    と該内筒の下端の該突出脚片が該容器の該突起リブを乗
    り越える時に生じる上昇力によって該缶部と該容器の該
    注出首部との嵌合係止が解除されてなることを特徴とす
    るキャップ付き容器。
  2. （２）　　前記第１の突起が円筒体の上方内周面に一体
    的に形成され、該円筒体が前記外筒の下方から挿入され
    て該外筒の内周壁面に固着されてなることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のキャップ付き容器
    。
  3. （３）　　前記第１の突起の下方に環状のフランジが形
    成され、前記外筒を持ち上げた時に該環状のフランジが
    前記内筒の上方周端部に当接して該外筒の上昇を停止さ
    せるとともに前記第１の突起と前記第２の突起と審問レ
    ベルに位置させて係合可能としてなることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載のキャ
    ップ付き容器。
