    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 過給機のコンプレッサ下流の過給圧力が導入される圧力
    室と該過給圧力に抗するための付勢手段であるばね部材
    が収納される圧力室とを画成する可撓性ダイアフラム、
    該ダイヤフラムを挟着する、　　　′如く配設される複
    数枚のプレート部材及びダイヤフラムの作動を伝えるた
    めの作動軸等によつそ構成される排気バイパス弁制御用
    アクチュエータにおいて、前記過給圧力に抗するための
    ばね部材を、ばねの有効巻部において不等ピッチに構成
    したことを特徴とする過給機の排気バイパス弁制御用ア
    クチュエータ。
