  1. 冷菓を製造するシリンダと冷菓の原料を貯蔵する貯蔵容
    器とを備えた冷菓製造装置において、前記シリンダ及び
    貯蔵容器と熱交換可能に加熱容器を設けると共に同容器
    に対し予め加熱された加熱媒体を循環させる加熱循環装
    置を設けたことを特徴とする冷菓製造装置。
