Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to eliminate a long rotary shaft to aim at lowering noise and as well at making a pump compact, by arranging a motor adjacent to a pump section, and as well by establishing rotary transmission between the output shaft of the motor and a rotor shaft of a blade wheel with the use of a magnetic coupling without directly connecting therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A motor 16 is disposed in a body casing 1 to be arranged adjacent to a pump section, and further, rotary transmission is established with the use of a magnetic coupling between the output shaft 16a of the motor 16 and the rotor shaft 11a of a blade wheel 10 without directly connecting therebetween. With this arrangement, no long shaft conventionally used is required, and as well in addition to the self-aligning function of a coupling magnet 19 on the motor side, vibration of the shaft may be surely prevented. Further, due to the incorporation of the motor in the body casing 1 the overall height of the entire pump assembly may be made low. With this arrangement there may be provided an excellent pump which has a high durability but less vibration and noise.

Conventional immersion pumps used in thruster and thruster pumps, especially pumps whose pump body is immersed in liquid and is driven by a motor, avoid submersion of the motor (A) as shown in Figure 1. In this sense, the motor (A) and the pump body (B) are largely separated, and the motor (A)
is mounted on the top plate (D) of the liquid storage tank (C), the pump body (B) is immersed in the liquid (E), and the arm (F) connects the pump body (B) to the motor (A). Along with hanging,
Connect the shirt (G) extended from the motor (A) to the impeller (
I-I). Therefore, the shaft (G) extending between the motor (A) and the pump body (B) is long, and the shaft load section becomes O7<-hung, so the bearing (1,) (
1) is subject to a heavy load, which poses a problem in terms of durability, and also has the disadvantage of large shaft vibration. Additionally, water vapor evaporating from the liquid surface passes through the bearing (I), which accelerates its deterioration.

That is, in the present invention, a synthetic resin is formed into a bottomed cylindrical container shape at the bottom of the main casing into a pump chamber, and the bottom wall that partitions the casing internal chamber and the pump chamber is recessed upward. A rotor in which a compulsory magnet is sealed in a resin mold is installed in the inner chamber of the concave portion for rotation, an impeller located in the pump chamber is connected to the rotor, and a motor is installed in the inner chamber of the casing. This is characterized in that a coupling magnet that rotates around the concave portion is connected to the output shaft of the motor.

According to the above invention, the main casing is synthesized,
It is made of resin into a cylindrical container shape with a bottom and a motor and a pump chamber are placed inside and outside the container, sandwiching the bottom wall, and a magnet on the output side of the motor faces each other across the circumferential wall of the upwardly recessed part of the bottom wall. Because the rotational force of the motor is input to the impeller in the pump chamber through magnetic coupling between the magnet and the magnet on the rotor side, the long shaft of conventional products that directly connects the motor and impeller is Therefore, it is sufficient to equip the pump section with a short rotor that supports the impeller and is capable of the above-mentioned magnetic coupling, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional art, problems such as over-distance durability and the occurrence of shaft vibration. can be solved. In particular, the coupling magnet on the motor side has a balance ring-like effect, improving the alignment between the motor output shaft and the rotor shaft, which, combined with the fact that the long shaft is not required, further enhances the vibration prevention effect. Something comes up. Moreover, there is no rotation transmission path passing through the bottom wall between the casing internal chamber and the pump chamber, and the casing internal chamber is completely watertightly protected. Even if the lower part of the main body casing is immersed below the liquid level, there is no risk of liquid or moisture entering the internal chamber of the casing, and the motor part and motor-side magnet can be well protected. In addition, there is no risk of the rotor rusting or deteriorating even though it is subjected to force.

The pump configured as described above is fitted into the opening (20) provided in the top plate (D) of the liquid storage tank (C), and at least the lower part including the pump part is immersed in the liquid. Mouth flange (2) of main casing (1)
is engaged with and fixed to the top plate (D) and used in a suspended state. In operation of the pump, when the motor (16) is driven, the magnet 09) held at the lower end of the motor output shaft (16a) via the holding arm (18) rotates around the recessed part (4). Along with this, the Macnet α
9) and the recessed inner chamber (
5) The rotor side mucknet (the rotational force is super-acid, the rotor (11) and the impeller 00 connected thereto) rotates, and the pump operates. Therefore, since the transmission of the motor's 1m rolling force to the rotor (■1) is by magnetic coupling and does not have a part that penetrates the bottom wall (3), the inner chamber (1a) of the casing () is located at the bottom (1). 3) In the pump room (
7) and is kept watertight, even when the pump part and at least the lower part of the main casing (1) are immersed in the liquid (E) as shown in the figure, the casing internal chamber ( There is no risk of the liquid (E) entering 1a), and the bearings of the motor u6), the coupling magnet (19), and the motor (16) installed by being dropped into the main body casing (1) are free from rust, etc. Good protection can be achieved without causing any damage. Moreover, the motor T161 is installed in the main casing (1) and close to the pump part, and furthermore, the motor output shaft (16a) and the rotor shaft (lla) on the impeller side are rotated without being directly connected by magnetic coupling. Since it is provided so that transmission can be carried out, it is possible to reliably prevent shaft vibration in combination with the alignment property of the coupling magnet 09 on the morph side, which has a long rotating shaft like the conventional product. In addition, the motor is attached to the main body casing (1)
Since the pump is installed internally, the overall height of the pump can be kept low, and the motor part does not protrude upwards from the top plate (D) as in the case of conventional pumps, so extra space is required to install the pump. Easy to install and use.
