    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 原稿台及び原稿押えの双方に、原稿のサイズに応じて、
    少なくとも上記原稿台側については透明な少なくとも一
    対をなす接点をスイッチとして形成するように設け、上
    記原稿台上に原稿を置き上記原稿押えを閉じたときに生
    じる上記接点間の接触の有無に基いて原稿サイズを検出
    するように構成したことを特徴とする複写機の原稿サイ
    ズ検出′機構。
