    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信用の原稿の幅を規制するための可動ガイドと、該可
    動ガイドの所定位置を検知するための少なくとも１個の
    センサーとを有する、ファクシミリ装置の原稿検出機構
    であって、原稿の存在を動作して検知する検出部材を前
    記可動ガイドに設け、原稿が存在するときにのみ、前記
    センサーが・　前記検出部材を介して、前記可動ガイド
    の所定位置を検知するようにしたことを特徴とする原稿
    検出機構。
