In such a manufacturing method, the manufacturing device for making the cylindrical body is operated at a high speed capable of producing 150 to 25 cylindrical bodies per minute, and the bag material paper is transported at a high speed. The bag material paper has a width of 900 to 140 meters. For these purposes, the opening string is inserted into a predetermined position along the width direction of the bag material paper from a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction, that is, the longitudinal direction, and the string is affixed to the bag material paper at a predetermined length. Therefore, it was thought that it would be almost impossible to efficiently manufacture a bag with an opening string attached along the circumferential direction of the bag body. This invention provides that by inserting the string from a direction substantially along the conveyance direction of the bag material paper, the string can be attached along the width direction of the bag material paper without reducing the efficiency of the manufacturing apparatus, and that This invention was made based on the fact that in order to make a string easier to handle, it is possible to make a string by sequentially cutting a string material sheet having high strength in the width direction in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal direction. Production of bags such as heavy packaging bags in which an opening string is securely attached in the circumferential direction of the bag body without reducing the efficiency of making a cylindrical body from a clasp using commonly used manufacturing equipment. It seeks to provide law.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a string material sheet 3 wound into a coil is positioned above the bag material papers 1 and 2. This sheet 3 is made of a material with high strength in the width direction, has a width dimension that is approximately equal to the width dimension of the bag material papers 1 and 2, and is installed slightly shifted in the width direction with respect to the bag material papers 1 and 2, Furthermore, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the outer circumferential surface of the coiled coil. Thin material 3 to bag material paper 1
, 2, and sequentially cut along the width direction into 5 to 5 grains, preferably 15 grains, to form thin 4 pieces.
, and connect these strings 4 to the inner bag material paper 1 in a flat state.
Attach them one after another at predetermined intervals on the top surface of the inner bag. That is, a large number of air intake holes are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fine material sheet 3 near the front of the support roll 5, and at the same time as the string material sheet 3 is cut into strings, the cut pieces, that is, the strings, are spread across the surface of the thin material sheet 3 in the width direction. A suction roll 6, which is a holding roller that extends, attracts and holds, is disposed, and a pressure roll 7 is installed at the bottom of this roll 6 so as to be almost circumscribed therebetween. A cutter 8 is installed at a position close to the support roll 5 and facing the suction roll 6. A hot air supply means 9 is installed on the pressure roll 5 side of the cutter 8. An intake chamber 10 is formed that intersects with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. Then, the thin material sheet 3 is conveyed at a slower speed than the bag materials 1 and 2,
When the front end of the string material sheet 3 is extended by a predetermined length from the support roll 5 and adsorbed to the outer peripheral surface of the suction roll 6, the cutter 8 is activated to cut the string material sheet 3 at right angles to its longitudinal direction. A thin strip 4 is made by using the suction roller 6, and the thin strip 4 is adsorbed onto the outer circumferential surface of the suction roller 6 and conveyed. During this conveyance process, hot air supplied from the hot air supply means 9 reactivates the hot melt adhesive applied to the strip 4, and the strip 4 is bonded between the roll 7 and the suction roll 6 by the pressure roll 7. At the same time as it is crimped onto the upper surface of the inner layer bag material 1 passing through it, the strip 4 separates from the suction chamber 10 at this crimping point, and is thus separated from the suction roll 6 and conveyed together with the inner layer bag material 1. In this case, since the bag material papers 1 and 2 and the thin material sheet 3 are installed with a slight shift in the width direction, the string 4 has one end 4a attached to the bag material paper 3, as shown in FIG. The bag material 1 should protrude from the negative side green, and the other end should be aligned with the other side edge of the bag material paper 1, or there should be a slight gap between them. Bag material paper 1 with string 4 attached as described above
Make step-like perforations 11 in the part of the bag material paper 2 near the thin 4 as shown in FIG.
.. Glue in small sections to prevent parts 1 and 2 from shifting.
After that, adhesive is applied along the longitudinal direction to the side twill portions of the bag material papers 1 and 2, and the bag material papers 1 and 2 are formed into a cylinder shape with pleats on both sides. Both sides are overlapped to form a cylindrical body 12 shown in FIG. 4. In this case,
The one end 4a of the thin 4 is made to protrude outward from the adhesive side green of the cylindrical body 12. Furthermore, after that, Katsui 13
The cylindrical body 12 is cut at the perforation 11 to form the bag body 14. The bottom of the bag main body 14 is bent and the stepped surface is overlapped with the opposing wall surface to close the bottom to complete the bag with an opening string. In this invention, the thin strip 4 is not limited to having its end protrude from the bag material side green as in the above embodiment, for example, the outermost layer of the thin strip 4 is bonded as shown in FIG. Make a 4″ U-shaped cut along with the string.
(so-called thumb cut),
When opening the package, the U-shaped notch 4' may be raised to act as a knob.

As shown in FIG. 8, it is preferable to make incisions 4' in the outer edge of the bag material on both sides of one end 4a of the thin strip 4 so that the cut can be started smoothly when opening the bag.

Then, the contents are placed in the bag with an opening string obtained as described above, and as shown in FIG. 5, the opening of the bag is also closed in substantially the same manner as the bottom. Using one end 4a of the thin 4 as a knob,
By pulling the strip 4 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5, the bag material paper is torn along the circumferential direction of the bag body 14, and the bottom of the bag body 14 is removed and opened as shown in FIG. 15 is taken out from the open bottom. In the present invention, the thin material sheet 3 having high strength in the width direction is a sheet made by bonding a woven fabric 17 of stretched thermoplastic resin tape to paper 16 with an adhesive 18, as shown in FIG. A synthetic resin stretched film with high strength is laminated to paper.
A film made by laminating a stretched film vertically and horizontally to paper is used.

In addition, it is preferable that the fine material sheet is attached to the bag material paper by applying a hot melt adhesive to the paper or the woven fabric surface in advance, and reactivating it by heating with hot air or the like. . Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to bags with a relatively small number of layers, such as single-layer bags, and can also be applied to bags without pleats, and the bottom and mouth can be closed using appropriate means. As explained above, the method for manufacturing an opening bag with a string according to the present invention involves sequentially cutting a string material sheet having high strength in the width direction in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal direction to form a string, and then cutting this string into a string in a flat state. Insert the bag material paper into the inner side of the bag from a direction substantially along the conveyance direction of the bag material paper, and attach it along the width direction and at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and then attach the bag material paper to the inside surface of the bag. Overlap and glue the green parts on both sides of the raw paper to form a cylindrical body,
Furthermore, the cylindrical body is then cut from the vicinity of the part to which the string is attached to form a bag body, and the bottom of the bag body is closed.

Therefore, according to the method of manufacturing a bag with strings of the present invention, the strings are inserted from a direction substantially along the conveyance direction of the bag material paper and along the width direction of the bag material paper, and are sequentially attached to the bag material paper. Therefore, the string can be inserted easily and efficiently.
In addition, since the string is made by sequentially cutting thin sheets of material with high strength in the width direction in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, cutting and handling of the string can be done easily and efficiently. Conventional equipment can be used as is or with only minor modifications, such as by using manufacturing equipment that is equipped with a means to attach reinforcing paper only to the top and bottom parts, and it is almost as easy to use as a bag without an opening string attached. A bag having an opening string along the circumferential direction of the bag body can be manufactured with the same high efficiency.

Since the bag obtained by the manufacturing method of this invention is made into thin strips by cutting a thin sheet of material, the width of this string is wider than conventional strings, so it is difficult to cut the bag when opening. This eliminates the pain in the hands when carrying the bag, and also provides the effect that the string can be reliably attached to the bag material paper.

1. Continuously inserting and transporting a long bag material paper through the circumscribed portion of a pressure roll and a holding roll disposed so as to circumscribe the pressure roller, and at the same time, holding a string material sheet having high strength in the width direction. Continuously transporting the string material sheet to a roll, sequentially cutting the string material sheet near the surface of the holding roll in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, and simultaneously holding the string-like cut pieces that will become a string for opening the bag. Holding the rolls sequentially at intervals, and then pressing the strings held on the holding roll surface at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bag material paper by rotating the holding roll in a predetermined manner. Next, the both side edges of the bag material paper are overlapped and glued to form a cylindrical body, and then the cylindrical body is cut near the part where the string is attached to form the bag body. 1. A method for manufacturing a bag with a string for opening, characterized in that the bottom of the bag body is closed.
