大径部および小径部とし、更に前記大径部と前記小径部
との間をテーパー状に形成し、ボアおよびオリフィスが
軸方向に形成され且つ前記ボアと直交する適数個の穴が
半径方向に形成されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングの
外周に嵌着されたシール部材とを前記接続口内に配設し
