基準抵抗、５・・・増幅器、１１・・・可変抵抗器、１
２，１３．１６．’１９，２０・・・トランジスタ、１
４・・・定電流源、１５，１７，１８・・・抵抗。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設された熱線抵抗と、これに直列に接続
    された出力抵抗と、この直列回路に並列に接続された基
    準電圧設定用抵抗回路と、からなるブリッジ回路の非平
    衡電圧を増幅器に入力し、この増幅器の出力に基づいて
    流体通路中の流量を・　検出する熱線式流量計において
    、前記出力抵抗側と接続する増幅器の入力線にオフセッ
    ト用の可変抵抗器を介装すると共に、前記可変抵抗器に
    、入力インピーダンスが非常に大きく、当該可変抵抗器
    の電圧を雰囲気温度にかかわらず略々一定とする電流を
    出力するオフセット用電流供給回路を接続することを特
    徴とする熱線式流量計。
