    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリシダ室１５のピストン１２移動端面を可撓性膜部材
    で形成し、当該可撓性膜部材を狭んでシリンダ室１５の
    反対側に流体室１７を設け、前記ピストン１２が移動端
    にあるときにこのピストン１２が対向する個所において
    前記シリンダ室１５に流体圧給排口を開口し、当該流体
    圧給排口と前記流体室１７を連通してなることを特徴と
    する流体圧シリンダ。
