Structure of conventional chestnut and its problems Conventionally - In this type of dehydration imbalance detection means, as shown in FIG. In the normal state, contact 7 is in the ON state, but when the dehydration tank 8 becomes a lance and becomes eccentric and becomes the state 9, the movable piece 6 moves and the lever bar 4 is lowered. Generally, the contact 7 is turned off, and the contact state detection means 1o recognizes this. However, with this configuration, it is not always possible to reliably detect small unbalances in the dehydration tank, and if the dehydration tank is used repeatedly,
Another problem is that the service life is short due to contact wear and other factors.

Structure of the Invention The dewatering unbalance detecting device of the present invention includes: a rotation speed detection means for detecting the entire rotation speed of the dehydration motor after a certain period of time has elapsed from its activation; and a rotation speed comparison means for comparing the rotation speed with a predetermined rotation speed. and determining means for determining the unbalance of the entire dehydration tank according to the output signal of the rotation speed comparison means. (1) If dehydration unbalance occurs at the start of dehydration due to the above configuration - the determination of the dehydration motor after a certain period of time has elapsed. Since the number of rotations is less than a predetermined number of rotations, it is possible to reliably detect dehydration imbalance by the determining means.

Description of Embodiment 11 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In Fig. 2, -11 is a dehydration tank -12 is a dehydration motor 13, which is a flat piece coaxial with the dehydration motor 12.As shown in Fig. 3, this flat object 13 has N
and S magnetic poles are installed. 14 is a Hall element 16 which generates an electromotive force at its output end when the plane 13 rotates with the rotation of the dehydration motor, by generating a magnetic field due to the movement of the N pole and S pole installed on the side thereof. This is a rotational speed detecting means that adds the number of times an electromotive force is generated at the output end of the Hall element 14. 17 is a storage device into which a predetermined rotation speed is input; 18 is a rotation speed comparing means for comparing the rotation speed detected by the rotation speed detection means 16 with the predetermined rotation speed stored in the storage device 17; This determination means determines the unbalance of the entire dehydration tank according to the output signal of the rotation speed comparison means 18.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, one theory is that it is Mizukobu,
When the dewatering motor 12 starts rotating, the disk 1
3 also starts rotating - suppose there are three N poles and S@! at equal intervals on the side of the disk 13. If the magnetic poles are arranged, the magnetic field around the disk 13 changes three times each time the disk rotates once. This change in magnetic field is reflected by the Hall element 1.
4 converts it into an electric signal, and finally transmits a signal of 3 degrees to the rotational speed detecting means 16 every time the dehydration motor rotates once. In addition, if the 1 rotation speed detector stage 16 is provided with a function to memorize the rotation speed of the dehydration motor every 1 second, there is a possibility that the dehydration tank 11 may be unbalanced due to the cloth being lopsided during dehydration. Suppose you rotate.

Since the number of revolutions per second cannot be large, the number of revolutions per second after a certain period of time has passed after the start of dehydration is the number of revolutions when the rotation is normal (the predetermined number of revolutions stored in the storage device 17). ), there is a difference in the number of revolutions, so the determination means 19 detects dehydration imbalance based on the magnitude of the difference in the number of revolutions. Actual results show that the rotation speed after 10 seconds after the dehydration motor starts rotating is isorpm under normal conditions, and 40~e in unbalanced conditions.
o rpm.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the dewatering unbalance detection device of the present invention utilizes the fact that there is a difference in the number of revolutions of the dehydrating motor when the dehydrating motor is unbalanced compared to when it rotates normally. , it is possible to improve the reliability of detecting dehydration imbalance.
