A through bolt 7 is inserted into this hole 6, and a nut 9 is placed on the opposite side of the bolt head 8 and tightened to tightly tighten the assembly of the bus bar 1 and the insulating members 2 and 3 between the support fittings 4 and 5.

According to this, as is clear from the figure, the support fittings 4,
5, the through bolt 7, and the nut 9, a closed magnetic path is formed around the bus bar 1.

Therefore, when a current is applied to the bus bar 1, the current flows to the support fittings 4, 5 and the through bolt 7, and the temperature of these parts increases due to the resistance loss caused by this. They are used for power distribution boards, etc., but when losses occur in the parts mentioned above and the temperature rises, the temperature inside the power distribution board increases, which limits the mounting density of electrical appliances mounted inside. Alternatively, the rated current flowing through the bus 1 must be kept small.

Furthermore, highly sealed power distribution boards, such as dust-proof type, are not only subject to the above-mentioned restrictions, but also require consideration of forced ventilation.

Therefore, conventionally, in order to interrupt the magnetic path formed around the bus bar 1, the support metal fitting 4 is divided into two parts as shown by broken lines in FIG. 2, and the magnetic path is thereby interrupted. I was doing it.

The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and consists of a plurality of busbars arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, sandwiched between two insulating members, and then inserted from the outside. It is sandwiched between two supporting metal fittings, a through hole is made from the one supporting metal fitting side to the other supporting metal fitting side, a through bolt is inserted into the through hole, and the aforementioned fastening tool consisting of the through bolt and nut is used. In the device in which the assembly of the bus bar and the insulating member is tightly fastened between support fittings, the gap between the through hole provided in the support fitting and the outer surface of the support fitting and the facing surface of the fastening fitting. The present invention relates to a busbar support device in which a non-magnetic material is interposed between the support metal fittings and the fasteners to interrupt a magnetic path formed around the busbar.

With this configuration, the magnetic path formed around the bus bar can be more reliably interrupted with a relatively inexpensive and simple configuration without reducing mechanical strength, and loss can be reduced.

Furthermore, in the figure, there are four locations where the fastener composed of the through bolt 7 and nut 9 comes into contact with the supporting metal fittings 4 and 5, and the non-magnetic material 12 must be interposed at at least one of these locations. That's enough.

As described above, the present invention is designed to interrupt the magnetic path formed around the bus bar by interposing a non-magnetic material in the contact area between the fastener, which is composed of a through bolt and a nut, and the support metal fitting. Because of this, the magnetic path can be more reliably interrupted with a simple configuration, at low cost, and without compromising mechanical strength.
Loss caused by the formation of the magnetic path can be drastically reduced.
