る差圧計を校正する装置であって、校正用の設定基準圧
力を有する流体源を少なくとも１つの前記差圧計の一方
の測定端に接続可能に設け、校正時には、当該流体源を
被測定流体電力が遮断された前記差圧計の一方の測定端
に接続し、校正用の設定基準圧力と前記測定用の設定基
準圧力との所定の差圧が差圧計に印加されるように構成
