    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リテーナ外径部に設けた段差部に対して内径部に上記段
    差部に対応する段差部を設けたフェースプレート保持リ
    ングを軸方向摺動自在、かつ気密的に外挿し、該保持リ
    ングの両端部に密封流体を導入するとともに、フェース
    プレートを上記保持リングにより軸方向に担持してなり
    、該フェースプレートの締付力を密封流体の内圧によっ
    て調整するフェースプレート締付力変更装置を具備する
    ことを特徴とする低密封流体圧から作動可能な非接触軸
    シール。
