流通させる伝熱管からなる熱交換器１３を配設して、油
冷却を行うことを特徴とするヘリウム圧縮機。 ２ 油を冷却する手段として、前記油溜め８の潤滑油の
温度を検知可能に設けた油温検知器１６の指令により、
前記冷却水系の温度を所定温度に制御する手段を有する
