明図である。 図中、３は回転工具、４は主体、５は外筒、６は内筒、
７，８は短フランジ部、１１は薄肉部、１２はリブ、１
３は突条、１４，１４ａ、１４ｂに小室、１５ａ、１５
ｂはシリンダ孔、１′６ａ。 １６ｂは通孔、１８ａ、１８ｂはプランジャ、２０はカ
バー、２１はプランジャプレート、２２は転動ボール、
２３は受座である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主体に形成した外筒に薄肉内筒をその両端部において気
    密に嵌装固着し、前記外筒と内筒との間に形成される空
    室に流体圧を作用させて内筒に挿入された回転工具を前
    記流体圧による内筒の弾性変形を利用して握持する回転
    工具保持装置において、前記空室を軸方向に２室、円周
    方向に３室以上の小室に分割形成し、分割された小室に
    連通される流体圧供給装置を各別に設けたことを特徴と
    する、回転工具保持装置。
