の他端と上記出力端子の他方間に接続された定電圧回路
と、上記出力端子の他方にその一端が接続されたコンデ
ンサと、このコンデンサの他端を上記可変電流源の他端
又は上記出力端子の他方に周期的に接続するスイッチ手
段と、上記コンデンサの端子間電圧の変化に関連した信
号と上記プロセス量に関連した信号を演算する演算手段
とを有し、この演算手段の出力で上記可変電流源を制御
