Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a coil from disassembling or deforming by forming annular grooves on the opposed surfaces of a rotor and a stator, inserting metals, and cutting the metal finely in spiral state to obtain the coil. CONSTITUTION:Annular grooves 13 for mounting a coil on the opposed surfaces of core 12, metal conductors 14 are inserted, and secured with an adhesive. Conductors 14 are cut finely in a spiral state, and a coil 15 is formed. With this structure, the problems in the conventional one can be improved.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides annular grooves on the mutually opposing surfaces of a rotor core and a stator core, inserts and fixes a conductive metal, etc. into the grooves, and thins the conductive metal. The coil is formed by cutting into a spiral shape, and this method can completely eliminate problems such as dispersion and deformation of the coil, which have conventionally been a problem in manufacturing.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which a conductor 14 made of a conductive metal or the like is inserted into a groove 13 provided in the rotor core or stator core 12, into which an annular coil is attached, and is fixed with an adhesive. Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the conductor 14 is cut into a thin spiral shape using a laser or the like. At this time, the conductor has a thinly wound shape and forms one coil 15. By using such a manufacturing method for the coil 15, it is possible to improve problems such as coil unevenness and deformation that have been problems in the past.
