Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An output of a buffer memory 14 is applied to a comparator circuit 18 in an arithmetic circuit 16, and when a data 11(B) of a front part of a PCM data 10b' in one frame superimposed on a TV signal of the VTR and a data 11(A) recorded after the preceding frame to the former frame are equal, an output 18a is extracted, the data is reproduced while skipping the data 11(A) recorded at the post part of the preceding one frame, and when the data A, B are not equal and there exists no correlation, the PCM data 10a' and the B included in the 1st frame are extracted at an output 18b and the PCM data B and the 10b' included in the next 2nd frame are extracted at an output 18c.
